Bringing Us Together

The International World of Rodeo (IWOR) is dedicated to bridging the gap and promoting a better understanding of the historic and cultural importance of all cowboys in American history.

From the Indian tribes that populated America

From the Indian tribes that populated America and the Vaqueros who first herded cattle in the Western United States, to the Europeans and the Blacks who followed. IWOR recognizes without individual contributions and sacrifices, the American West would never have been settled. Thus, the legacy is remembered, honored, and celebrated today at IWOR rodeos.

The first annual International World of Rodeo 2011 was ten years in the making as we bring Native American, Hispanic, White, African American cowboys and cowgirls together to compete for top honors in the bronc riding, steer wrestling, calf roping, barrel racing and bull riding events. Only one competitor in each category will take home the 1st Prize purse. We anxiously await the outcome.
